Introduction transcript

Welcome to Kindness Quest! Make a small kind choice and see what it changes. Join Bobi and Mim, take your time, and try one little challenge at a time. A grown-up can help, and you can pause whenever you like.

Notes for a grown-up

No forced hugging, giving away treasured belongings or pleasing unsafe adults.

Completion shows participation, not proven mastery. Encourage discovery, provide help and take a break when needed.
